DCAL is a curriculum of professional development designed specifically for Australia’s current and future healthcare leaders, targeting the hot topics of safety, quality and communication.

The program comprises 32 online short courses (10 hours each) and participants can enrol in any number of courses and access the education at any time, online.

The University of Queensland, in association with Queensland Health, national experts and stakeholders, the program provides health managers and clinicians with nationally recognised online education that can be undertaken in bite sized pieces.
Short course participants share identical experiences with postgraduate students, so all your learning counts if you choose to upgrade to the Academic Packs (including assessment) and earn transferable credits to higher degree programs.
