UQ Health Insitu is proud to offer access to Med-E-Serv's Enterprise Learning Environment Packages. An Enterprise Learning Environment (ELE) is a place where groups of students (from the same organisation) can engage in education programs that have been designed by their organisation, or have been licensed from other education providers, such as UQ Health Insitu or Medicines Australia.

Student Management and Reporting Package

• Meets the need to report on and manage the student body from your enterprise

Enterprise Catalogue Package

• Allows the enterprise to upload new programs and deliver these in a managed way to the enterprise student body

• Corporate Co-branding
  • supports corporate logo and branding as well as learning@Med-E-Serv logo
• Corporate Program Upload
  • programs developed in-house can be uploaded and delivered to student body
• Program Reporting
  • management reporting is extended to allow corporate program "owners" to view enrolments and completions by program
• Corporate Catalogue
  • allows users to search both corporate programs as well as externally licensed programs and include them in their Personal Learning Plans

Learning Portfolio Package

• Extends the enterprise support for the student by providing more comprehensive support for enterprise learning strategies and the use of learning mentors

• Learning Plan Templates
  • Establish standard learning plans to address common learning needs or learning strategies for individual business units
• Physical Events Templates
  • Allows the catalogue to include reference to events or activities not managed online

  • Allows authorised staff to view and jointly manage learning plans for individual students
