Practice systems and how to use them to better manage chronic disease (ES-8031)
Does your practice management system allow you to deliver the best possible care for people with chronic disease? What are the systems for identifying such patients on your books? Does your system cope with sending patients reminders for their next appointment and, importantly, how do you track and document patient recalls?
