This course initially defines the various customers of healthcare, as well as the evolution of patient centred care and the barriers that stand in the way of implementing it within a complex system. The remainder of the course offers ways to improve healthcare services at both the individual and organisational level with a focus on patient centred care.

The content is particularly applicable to those who wish to become more patient centred and who may like to lead the improvement of healthcare services within their organisation.
